MOOI Returns & Store Credit Policy

At MOOI, we take pride in curating pieces you’ll love. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make the return process simple.

Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery or purchase.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

How to Return
- All returns must be delivered to:

  George Town, Grand Cayman KY1

- Customers are responsible for arranging the return.

Store Credit
- Once your return is received and approved, a store credit will be issued within 48 hours.
- Store credit will be provided via email and can be used on any future purchase at MOOI.
- Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Final Sale
- All sale items, accessories, and any marked Final Sale pieces are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return your item and use your store credit to place a new order.

Condition of Returns
- MOOI reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
