MOOI Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MOOI website and services. By accessing or purchasing from MOOI, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General
By using our site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have given consent for a minor dependent to use this site under your supervision. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Products & Availability
All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or update pricing at any time without notice. We make every effort to display product colors and details accurately; however, we cannot guarantee exact representation on all devices.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in the applicable currency at checkout and must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within standard business timeframes. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. MOOI is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances once an order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Store Credit
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery or purchase and must be returned to:  
The White House, 20 Genesis Way, George Town, Grand Cayman KY1.  

All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Once approved, a store credit will be issued within 48 hours. Store credit is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.  

Certain items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return.

6. Order Accuracy
It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided at checkout is accurate, including delivery details. MOOI is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site-including images, branding, text, and design-is the property of MOOI and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
MOOI shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, except as required by law.

9. Privacy
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. We respect your privacy and handle your data with care.

10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands. Any disputes shall be resolved within this jurisdiction.
